You can delete your account and personal data for any Yeem app at any time.
In the app
- Open the app and sign in.
- Go to your profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
If you can't use the app, email help@yeem.in from your registered email address with the subject "Delete my account" and the name of the app. We confirm within 2 working days.
What is deleted
Your profile, sign-in details, saved items, uploaded files, reminders and notification settings. This cannot be undone.
What we keep
Payment records, kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax law, and anything we must keep to resolve an open complaint or legal claim.
How long it takes
Deletion is completed within 30 days of your request. Cancel any active subscription first, especially one bought through Google Play, so that you are not charged again.
