Subscriptions
You can cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. We do not refund part-used periods, unless the law requires it.
One-time payments
If something you paid for is not delivered, or cannot be delivered because of a problem on our side, we refund the full amount.
Payment errors
If you were charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us within 7 days and we will refund the extra amount.
Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play follow Google Play's refund policy. You can request a refund in Google Play, and we will help where we can.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer.

Email help@yeem.in with your registered email, the payment date and amount, and the reason.
